It appears that the above &quot;Red Dissection &quot; is a Brubaker water color  dated 1945  (which is within the period I am interested in).

If it is available, I would make an offer of $350 (negotiable) for it.

If not available, are there other Brubaker works that are for sale?

When I return to the States early next month, I will copy and mail to you the earlier emails (the ones you lost) that I sent you about your grampa that preceded my last one -- &quot;jailhouse&quot;. You may want to incorporate portions of the previous ones when you publish &quot;jailhouse&quot; on this blog.
