I believe the painting is in Ventnor but will have to look for it. It was one I always enjoyed. The first sketch is the cover of the booklet for the show and we have that too – also in Ventnor.
It appears that the above “Red Dissection ” is a Brubaker water color dated 1945 (which is within the period I am interested in).
If it is available, I would make an offer of $350 (negotiable) for it.
If not available, are there other Brubaker works that are for sale?
When I return to the States early next month, I will copy and mail to you the earlier emails (the ones you lost) that I sent you about your grampa that preceded my last one — “jailhouse”. You may want to incorporate portions of the previous ones when you publish “jailhouse” on this blog.
