Jersey designs – initial ideas

I may have the opportunity to design the jerseys for a local mountain biking team. Here are the designs I pitched, initially. The logo was a real challenge to work with, as I wanted to come up with a bold, aggressive design for the jersey, while the design of the logo does not feature any strong lines, and is contained in a very static circular shape.     interesting post for me, as I’m designing a handful of cycling jerseys at the moment!
    i like the design on the right–bold!

    It didn’t go well. The team manager and the main sponsor apparently couldn’t agree on the design. Last I heard, they were going for a stock background and just putting logos on it.

    Ashley, those jerseys look very cool! Love the color scheme, and the argyle-ish pattern.
